3-4 Longacre

As part of the Coachworks scheme Longacre purchased an additional adjoining site from BANES which comprised of a derelict building and the old Longacre Tavern Pub which was the unfortunate location of a murder in the 1970’s.

Longacre secured planning and listed building consent and went on to deliver 7 one and two bed apartments, with plantation shutters and period features remaining.
