Together with their partner Toplocation 5 Ltd, Longacre created and delivered one of the most premier developments in Bath. Longacre’s vision, drive and skill ensured a dilapidated Grade 1 listed building was refurbished and reconfigured to create high quality apartments in an iconic location.
Originally five townhouses, including the original 12,000 sqft Charles Pulteney home. The properties were subsequently bought and amalgamated to form a single block by a hotel company and then a Housing Association.
Longacre successfully secured listed building consent to reconfigure the scheme to create 28 apartments some of which are large dual aspect lateral flats in excess of 1,500 sqft.
