The second part of the House of Fraser transaction involved the redesign of an end-of-terrace block which had been knocked through to combine with the rest of the store.

 

Longacre successfully secured consent to convert the accommodation back into a townhouse by redesigning and incorporating a new staircase. The building comprises 4 bedrooms, a separate kitchen, lounge area and extensive ancillary space within the basement.
