CONSULTANCY

With 36 years of experience in the property sector and 20 of those years working in development for the Unite Group PLC, Deeley Freed Estates and subsequently with his own company, Mark Tyrrell has delivered student accommodation schemes across the south west of England and South Wales. Over the last 5 years he has secured consents for 2,250 beds in Bristol, Bath and Cardiff for the Watkin Jones Group enabling them to successfully enter the South Wales and South West market working directly with the Group Chairman.

He has recently consolidated his long standing relationship with the Watkin Jones family through their private company Watkin Property Ventures.

Another completed project was for the University of Bath where he assisted in the acquisition of Manvers Street Police Station for their own use.

We are keen to explore opportunities for further consultancy arrangements in the South West area.
