Eveleigh Waterside, Bath

Longacre enabled the purchase and secured planning consent to turn the former Civica headquarters on Grove Street into 62 flats and 6,000 sq feet of office space. The amenity space in the lower ground floor is widely recognised as the most comprehensive in Bath market.

 

Working in a joint venture with Rengen Developments, the flats were completed in Sept 2021 and fully let within days of completion. The accommodation was fully let for September 2022 at record rents for Bath. 

The commercial office space was let to local tech company Blueskytec Ltd. It comprises 6,000 square feet across two floors with stunning riverside views of Pulteney Bridge and the river Avon.

 

The whole scheme was successfully sold to the University of Bath in September 2023 to enable the expansion of their city centre accommodation provision. The university recognised that the strategic location and quality of the accommodation combined with the amenity spaces for the students fulfilled their high standards.
