Together with their partner Toplocation 5 Ltd, Longacre created and delivered one of the most premier developments in Bath. Longacre’s vision, drive and skill ensured a dilapidated Grade 1 listed building was refurbished and reconfigured to create high quality apartments in an iconic location.

Originally five townhouses, including the original 12,000 sqft Charles Pulteney home, the properties were previously amalgamated to form a single block by a hotel company and then a Housing Association.

Longacre successfully secured listed building consent to reconfigure the scheme to create 28 apartments some of which are large dual aspect lateral flats in excess of 1,500 sqft.

In addition, the building benefits from a lift to all floors, has secure parking at the rear and communal gardens. The development is within a short level walk along one of Europe’s most prestigious streets to the City Centre.
