Longacre successfully secured consent and demolition of an existing bungalow in a highly sensitive and attractive city centre location. Completion of the 4 highly sustainable town houses was undertaken using Emery’s as the main contractor with the development exceeding sustainability targets for new build properties.
Constructed with the latest energy saving technologies the new homes are highly insulated with air source heat pumps (no gas), multivent heat recovery ventilation systems, electric vehicle charging points for each house, underfloor heating, ashlar stone and slate roofs, giving them a high efficiency rating. One of the homes is fully DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliant with the ground floors of all properties complying to disabled access regulations and all homes have FTTP (Fibre to the Premises)
All four houses are now part of the Longacre Investment portfolio and are fully let.
