This site was acquired off market unconditionally from a South-East England property company. A scheme of 44 one and two beds flats were designed to include a 20% affordable contribution.

 

The affordable element was linked to providing sales at a 30% discount to open market values.

The scheme was developed by Watkin Jones Homes and has been fully sold.
